Adam and I were both big fans of this one. I modified the recipe a bit and it was delicious!
As I’m sure you can tell from the picture, I went WAY off of the recipe here. I used a can of crescent rolls instead of puff pastry, which was enough to make 6 tarts using a large muffin tin. I used bacon bits instead of fresh bacon (it’s what I had), Egg Beaters instead of eggs, nixed the mushrooms and parmesan cheese. I also added in chopped spinach and gouda cheese (because everything is better with gouda). I also eye-balled everything, so I have no clue what my exact measurements were.
We make these every year for Christmas and decorate them on Christmas Eve! They are delicious and addicting!
These were super easy to make and really good. We both liked them and it was a nice change from our normal rotation. I don’t like mushrooms, so we left those out of the original recipe and served them without buns to save a few calories.

This chocolate chip banana bread is one of my most favorite things in the world to cook. It is so easy and SO delicious. Every time I make it for friends, they insist that I share the recipe. It’s my go-to recipe, I take it to my friends after they’ve had babies, give it to neighbors and teachers as a holiday gift, as a thank you for friends/family. Seriously, it’s delicious. You should make it, now!
