1999 to 2009: A Decade in Review
The last ten years have been such a wonderful time in my life. I went from an 18-year old girl in her last year of high school with absolutely no clue who she was or what she really wanted out of life, to a happily married mother of the most adorable little boy, who knows exactly what she wants and is working hard to get there.
Races, Pumpkins & Family
Today was one of those days where I had a million things to do and nowhere near enough time to do them all. Unfortunately, I missed going to Celia’s (my cousin Daryl’s fiance) bridal shower.. but I had a very, very good reason.
Aleisha’s Baby Shower
Michelle, Melina, Jessi and I threw a baby shower for Brad & Aleisha today! Little Benjamin (aka Braden’s soon-to-be BFF!) will be here in August and we can’t wait to meet him!!
Baby Shower
I finally have a free minute to post pictures from the shower this weekend! Adam and I have absolutely amazing friends – they threw an incredible shower for us!! We are so lucky and so blessed to have so many people around us that love us and our little one so much! Thanks again Michelle, Melina, Jessi, Lisa, Russ & Allen!!!
Happy Birthday Michelle!
For Michelle’s birthday, we went to a rugby match at UNF and then out to dinner and the beach.. I’m thankful that Colleen and Jonathan came up, because otherwise I would have been SO confused at the rugby match! Dinner at Bonefish was super yummy and we had a blast at Fionn McCools!

We had such a wonderful NYE this year – we went to dinner at Kan Ki (Japanese Steakhouse) with some good friends of ours and then went out to Harmonious Monks! (I was thankful that they decided to go there, since its non-smoking, I was able to go.. yay!!)
Friend Visit
Brad, Aleisha, Brian & Amber came to Jax for Jason & Nan’s wedding.. luckily they had some down time during the wedding weekend so we could see them.. it’s been WAY too long!!

Orlando Pub Crawl
Colleen’s pub crawl to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society went GREAT. We have some amazing friends that made the trip down with us and we had such a wonderful time – Megan is always happy to drink for a good cause!!
