So, we spent part of our Spring Break at Disney World. We’ll file this one under “not the brightest idea ever”. Since we have season passes to Disney, we’re blacked out from the beginning of June to mid-August. That means when April rolls around, I start to freak out at the idea of not going (I know, the horror!) for a few months so we try to cram a few visits in. Our schedule is jam packed on weekends so we decided to for a few days during Spring Break. Bad idea when you have kiddos that are not used to being there when it is busy. Oh well, live and learn!
I’ve rambled about Disney more times than I care to count so I’m just going to share a few pictures from our trips with very few words!
We got up early Wednesday morning and drove down and spent the day at the Magic Kingdom. We had an early morning so we left when it started getting really crowded, had an early dinner at the hotel, and were all asleep by 9.
Thursday, we slept in and spent the morning at Animal Kingdom, had lunch at Tusker House, then went back to the hotel for “naps” (nobody napped, despite my best efforts), then back to the Magic Kingdom for the parade, fire works, and a few rides.
Friday, we slept in again and spent the afternoon at Hollywood Studios with our friends Brad and Aleisha and their two boys, Benjamin and Joshy, before heading home.
We had a great time, but I think we’ll definitely try to avoid going over Spring Break again in the future! Also, I feel like I’ve said this before, but I promise I try to take pictures of Braden too! He’s not a fan of having his picture taken and he doesn’t like the characters and I’m not going to force it, so although he’s there and having a blast with us, there aren’t as many pictures as there are of Kenz, who loves the camera (most of the time)!
