He Slept ALL Night!

He did it!
Braden slept in his crib ALL NIGHT LONG and didn’t wake up once! I nursed him in his room from about 7:30-8, then laid him down. He cried for all of maybe 30 seconds (long enough for me to get halfway downstairs) and then rolled over and went to sleep. He woke up at 7 this morning.. Yay!!
I haven’t slept so well in hmmm.. like 9 months. It feels so nice to get a full 8 hours in! Hopefully it’s making Braden feel better too, since he’s well-rested.
Nicole’s Shower

Mr. B and I went to a baby shower that Jenn and Kenley threw for our friend Nicole today. We had such a great time hanging out with everyone, I swear.. we have some of the cutest kids!
Night #3 of “Operation Get Braden To Sleep In His Crib” was a HUGE success!
He woke up 1 time.. ONE TIME! And, it was our fault. He got really warm when he was sleeping with me, so there were a lot of nights that he just slept in a diaper. Last night, Adam didn’t dress him after his bath, he just put him in his night-time diaper and I nursed him and laid him down. He woke up once around midnight because he was cold. Adam put some footie PJ’s on him and laid him back down and he went right back to sleep.. YAY!!

Night #2 of “Operation Get Braden To Sleep In His Crib” was a success! I was home, so after B’s bath I took him upstairs and nursed him. He was awake and just starting to doze off when he finished, so I laid him down in his crib (slightly awake) and left the room. He fussed for all of maybe 2 seconds, then rolled over and went to sleep!
We had a horrible thunderstorm, it woke Mr. B up a few times, but he just fussed for a minute or two then settled back in and went back to sleep.
I totally thought this would be SOO much harder. We really are lucky.
